Starting Plants

I’ve started my plants in coconut coir, rather than peat moss. It’s a more sustainable option, since coconut coir is made from discarded husks of coconut. You can buy some on Amazon!

Growing Plants

Personally, I use only all organic fertilizers. At the start of the season, I buy a huge bag of worm castings on Amazon. For fertilizers, I am still experimenting, so I’ve been buying smaller packets at my local garden center.
